In the light of the success of the Renault Magnum in its ‘Route 66’ livery, shown for the first time in the spring of 2009, Renault Trucks has decided to market the model as a special edition. Going beyond the specific external paint scheme, this ‘Route 66’ will have the benefit of top of the range equipment: Optidriver+ gearbox, Excellence Pack with radio, CD, MP3, Bluetooth, under-bed refrigerator, multipass cab and swivelling passenger seat. The Magnum Route 66 is on offer as a 4 x 2 tractor unit, with the possibility for the client to select the DXi 13 Euro 5 engine producing 440 bhp, 480 bhp or 520 bhp.
