Michelin is launching Save4Life, an on-line programme designed to help tyre specialists apply the 4-life concept so dear to the French manufacturer. It will be recalled that this concept is based on the fact that a tyre can be used and re-used 4 times (new, re-etched, re-treaded and re-etched a second time). The new Michelin programme in particular enables a transporter to subscribe, to select his participating tyre specialist and to give him his tyre carcases for the Michelin Remix (re-treading)
